Ben is one of the pioneers of real estate in the southeast. Ben started Seaport with a vision 10 years ago, a vision that we would do things differently. We set out to change the residential real estate industry forever, we accomplished that - now on to the commercial division.

Michael has been the sole representative in over 1,000,000 sq ft of office, retail and industrial transactions including international corporations such as Allstate to national, regional and local entities including Life Alert Inc., Selig Enterprises, Apogee Physicians group, System Soft Technologies, Ameritrain Inc., and the Bryant Green Law firm. In addition to Tenant and Landlord representation, Michael helped develop the officespaceatlanta website as a lead generator while also giving prospective clients the ability to search and locate available office space. Michael currently resides in Savannah, Ga with his wife and two girls ages 4 & 5.
